Mission

Family Service of the Piedmont empowers individuals and families to restore hope, achieve stability and thrive through quality support services, advocacy and education.

We accomplish this mission by… Providing accessible, affordable, high quality counseling to families and individuals who are experiencing problems in dealing with crises in their lives; Raising public awareness on issues that affect the stability of society; and Offering community education and training programs on family and individual crises. At Family Service of the Piedmont, we believe In providing services to anyone without discrimination; Families have many forms and are the cornerstone of our community; All people deserve the opportunity to live in a non-violent environment; Attitudes and behaviors can be changed; and People have the right and responsibility to make their own choices about their lives.
