Child Abuse
Family Service of the Piedmont is Guilford County’s official affiliate of Prevent Child Abuse North Carolina, the statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and neglect in all its forms. Family Service of the Piedmont, in promoting safe and healthy families, provides materials, and presentations on recognizing and responding to child abuse, as well as preventative services to parents, both in their home and through community-based prevention efforts.
