132 fully participating families (19 new ones)
16 received in-home therapy


Families will have no DSS reports of abuse and/or neglect while receiving services:
Target: 90%
Actual: 95%

Families that have participated in Healthy Start for 6 months, 12 months, annually, or have terminated indicate reduced parental stress (resulting in reduced risk of child abuse/neglect)
Target: 60%
Actual: 80%

Individuals participating in in-home therapy will demonstrate improvement in over-all functioning
Target: 75%
Actual: 100%
